In our pre-press studio, we use up-to-date hardware and current versions of all major software, ensuring we receive and process your files with super efficiency. We operate Mac and PC workstations with all the latest major software applications, including an extensive range of specialist PDF analysis/editing applications to pre-flight, edit and output your press-ready printed proofs and PDFs.

We run a Heidelberg Prinect pre-press workflow system which is fully integrated and calibrated with our presses to ensure our proof to print reproduction is perfect.

Our Epson proofers are calibrated beyond Fogra39 standards, using Fogra approved stocks.

Once approved, imposed print-ready files are output via our Heidelberg Suprasetter to the latest chemistry-free printing plates or digital printing press, where applicable. The CIP3 data is generated and automatically sent to the presses for each plate, enabling automatic setting of the ink ducts on the press for any selected job. This reduces make-ready times, saves on consumables and ensures colour accuracy from the very first impression. The colour is maintained on our presses throughout the run by our highly trained and experienced staff, with the aid of densitometer technology.
